Staff sign-in privacy notice

Elysian Medicals uses Google Sign-in to verify the identity and email address of staff accessing this staging EMR.

Information used

We request your Google account identifier and verified email address. These are matched to your Elysian staff record, which contains your staff name, assigned roles and access status. A Google account alone does not grant access to patient records.

Storage and access

Staff identity bindings, application sessions and audit records are held in Elysian’s Cloudflare D1 database. The browser receives a secure application session cookie. Google access and refresh tokens are not stored by the EMR.

Sign-in does not request Gmail messages, Drive files, contacts or calendars. Patient records are not included in the Google sign-in request. Google handles its own authentication service under its privacy policy.

Staff controls

Sign out when finished, particularly on shared computers. Elysian administrators can change or suspend staff access. Signing out of the EMR does not sign you out of your Google account.
